Arturo Perugini, Jr. received his law degree from La
Sapienza University of Rome in 1997. He has been an
active member of the Rome Bar Association and a
practicioning attorney since 2001.
From June to November 2001 he was general secretary
of the National Sporting Center Libertas.
Since 2003 he has been a member of the disciplinary
committee of the Italian National Soccer League
(F.I.G.C.).
He is specialized in real estate litigation, insurance and
liability litigation, sports law and regulations, sports
criminal responsibility, immigration law and claims
against administrative fines.
